What is EPL?

How long will the EPL coating last?
You should reapply once a year to maintain the protective coating so the wood will take on it's natural color and hue.Back to Top

Can I put EPL over other coating products?
Yes, EPL can be applied over other products. Coating EPL over paints and some stains that contain wax limits EPL to the bonding strength of the paint or stain. For stains that do not contain wax, staining your wood then using multiple coats of EPL will give your outdoor wood a furniture look.Back to Top

What is the coverage rate for EPL?
The first coat will cover 200-400 square feet per gallon. Additional coats will cover 300-600 square feet per gallon. The coverage rate varies upon your woods condition.

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
If the product is in stock, the standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days. Larger orders (five 5 Gallon pails or more)will be shipped common carrier at a lower rate(trucking company). On rare occasions there may be a delay in filling your order. How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product size and destination.Most products are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software). Larger items are generally shipped via common carrier, and require higher shipping volume. Back to Top
